Message from Ying:
"I believe in a holistic approach in supporting clients because everyone is different and has their own lived experiences that encapsulates their unique life story. Healing is certainly possible when clients are able to find what works well for them.
My goal is to support my clients in finding the tools and interventions that works best for their healing through the different modalities that I offer. I am aware that my clients are the expert of their own lives (day in and day out) and therefore, I see this as a collaborative dynamic where we each bring our own expert knowledge into the session.
I work with the mindset of compassion, empathy, curiosity, balance and exploration."
